Q: Initial years of a company are focused on traction, scale, growth and sustainability. When did you start to focus on building a Great place to Work during this journey?
Anubhav: I would say somewhere from year 1 itself, our core philosophy and business priority has been to build a very different workplace, that evokes excitement, energy, creativity, freedom and fearlessness. Our focus on a ‘different workplace experience’ has allowed us to come out of difficult business situations, keeping our teams focused & finding some very interesting novel ways of customer success & technology innovation.
