Demand Generation Specialist

Location: Pune (India)

Reports To: Head of Marketing

Job Summary:
The Demand Generation Specialist/Lead works closely with Sales and Marketing to create engaging multichannel programs that -

  1. Create traction within qualified accounts to generate leads.
  2. Move prospects faster through the lead lifecycle.
  3. Create/maintain fruitful relationships with hot, warm, and cold database prospects.
  4. Success measures for the role will be pre-defined percentage conversions through hot, warm, and cold qualified accounts.

The Specialist/Lead will ensure all leads generated through inbound, outbound and any other marketing channels are examined, natured and efficiently handed over to Sales/Business Development as soon as it is qualified (meeting has been set).

Job Description:

  1. End-to-end planning, implementation, and execution of targeted multi-channel nature campaigns for lead generation/conversion.
  2. Creates emails/messages/call scripts, individual and in series, for communication with future customers in targeted segments.
  3. Works with the content marketing team to develop compelling collateral for targeted direct mailing/messaging/calling campaigns.
  4. Creates lead nurturing programs/touchpoints to accelerate the movement of accounts through the demand generation funnel.
  5. Implements best practices for demand generation to improve success ratio for customer acquisition and current customer upsell/cross-sale opportunities.
  6. In-dept research on various hot, warm, and cold accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile/behavioral information to get them ready for database import.
  7. Works closely with the marketing and sales/BD team to understand their targets with-in accounts and leads cross functional strategic plans from top of funnel lead generation to strategic multichannel ABM campaigns.
  8. Setting-up meetings with accounts contacts that are generated by inbound/outbound/other channels for the BD team with relevant background information to enable informed follow-up
  9. Create/deploy email workflows, landing pages, and other assets in CRM required to execute lead generation/conversion campaigns.
  10. Own end-to-end targeted campaign contact lists including list synchronization, list development, and list maintenance.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  2. 4-5 years of experience in marketing is a must.
