Lead - Consulting

Location: Pune (India)

Here's what you can look forward to:
As a Lead Consulting, you will provide strategic business analysis services to clients by gaining an indepth understanding of the customer's business strategy, processes, services, and roadmap. You’ll play a key role in consistently improving best practices, and frameworks and innovating within the business consulting function.

Requirement Management:
You will work on prioritizing business requirements, conducting a feasibility study for risk and issue identification and management around service delivery. You will ensure all the business requirements are correctly supported by the Solution Architecture & its components.

Product Consulting:
You will be the single point of contact for clients on processes, best practices, solutions, approaches and PoCs for clients working in EPC, Energy, Industrial manufacturing domain. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and Business Unit Owners to develop value-creating strategies and build the processes and frameworks that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business value.

Solutioning (Value Selling) :
You will work with the presales and client relationship teams on new opportunities and product growth strategies across domains for your existing and new customers. You will also work on increasing customer satisfaction by delivering business value. You will also work with Saviant’s Marketing team creating customer success stories, case studies & white papers etc.

Here is what we would like you to bring:

1. MBA with an Engineering degree from an institute of repute.
2. 8+ years of experience including 2+ years of experience as a go-to person for the projectroadmap.
3. Fair understanding of any of the Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile or IIoT platforms.
4. Strong persuasive communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills.
5. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification is a plus.

1. You have experience working across multiple projects, technologies & customer solutions, using agile methodologies.
2. You have served as a “Single Point of Contact” for requirement elicitation and productroadmap, from project initiation to closure, for the last 2 years at least.
3. You are accountable for building processes and frameworks around service delivery and customer satisfaction in your current role.
4. You have experience working in SAAS applications for the manufacturing domain.
