As the change mentor at Saviant, Sheetal has initiated new practices such as ‘Zero Rules, Zero Hierarchy, Zero Policies’ and ‘Employee First Approach’. This allows employees voice their ideas and focus on innovation.

Sheetal’s 16-years of experience in the HR Domain has witnessed several leadership and managerial roles. Her stint with Technology and Communications organizations has won them prestigious awards and certifications. She holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management.

Sheetal believes in living life to the fullest. She loves travelling and exploring Natural Parks around the world.
