Saviant at Digital Manufacturing Week 2022, UK

Liverpool, Nov 29, 2022 Saviant, the intelligent data engineering company for smart machine manufacturers, was at Digital Manufacturing Week 2022 held between 14th -18th November 2022 at Liver Pool, UK. DMW is the largest manufacturing event in the UK, focused on the biggest issues in British Manufacturing. Paul Finney of Smart Industrial Internet Solutions (SIIS), our strategic partner in the UK, represented Saviant at this edition of the event.

Paul discussed various IoT manufacturing technologies with Chief Manufacturing Officers, Innovation Directors, Heads of Industrial IT, and Project Leaders from a significant range of companies that were interested. They included global leaders such as Unilever, Ericsson, and Dyson at one end right through to upcoming companies like Vanti, Brompton, and Linn at the other.

DMW included the Smart Factory Expo and SME Growth Summit, which were made up of presentations and round-table discussions covering Digital Transformation, Automation & Robotics, Industrial Data & AI, IIoT & Connectivity, and Smarter Innovation. The Summit observed many subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for IoT in their company exploring, learning, and possibly looking to buy solutions.

Digital Manufacturing Week was centered around exchanging ideas, experience, and energy to support manufacturers at all levels of their digital journey. The event witnessed some companies that got to a reasonably late stage and are now considering rolling out to their other sites in the UK or their global manufacturing sites. Paul also met SMEs from some companies that were just dipping their toe into what will become a strategic imperative if they are to continue to grow. Involved in the discussions at the event, Paul strongly believes that Saviant, with their 100% solution success rate across Industrial Implementations, will be a significant consulting & technology partner for Manufacturers in the UK.

The event included The Manufacturer 2022 Top 100 - best individual manufacturers in the UK. The Manufacturer MX (TMMX) 2022 Award winners were announced at a black-tie ceremony and gala dinner in Liverpool, the culminating event of this year's Digital Manufacturing Week.
