Sales Manager

Location: Pune (India)

Position Summary:
Sales Manager will be responsible to achieve company’s revenue goals. This is an end-to-end Sales & Business Development role that needs B2B Consultative selling to US and Europe prospects.

This position works closely with the CEO, with direct responsibilities of the Sales Team (Business Development, Lead Generation, Presales) including, lead qualification, nurturing leads, proposal making, sales presentations and closing sales for all the target geographies.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Educational Qualification: BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, BCA
  2. 10-to-12 years of working experience in Sales; with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the above role
  3. Proven track record of Min 3 years of end-to-end, Consultative selling, for B2B market, in US, UK geographies
  4. Good to have understanding of Emerging Technologies, like Cloud, Mobile, Analytics – to initiate the right conversations with CTOs and CIOs
  5. Good to have: Microsoft Technologies sales experience; exploiting Microsoft Partner Network; community based sales in Microsoft
  6. Should be willing to travel internationally

Your Role & Responsibilities at Saviant :

  1. Develop and execute Sales and Market plan for meeting quarterly & annual sales Goals
  2. Qualify new business opportunities and manage entire sales cycle – inception to deal close successfully
  3. Ensure a robust leads & sales pipeline leading to the achievement of revenue and customer goals through outbound lead generation, Inbound closures and Partner Management
  4. Identify, Build & Grow Channel Partners Network and drive Sales from this Partner Network across different geographies
  5. Manage the business development and demand-generation team and ensure team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

Who Should Apply? :

  1. You have managed a Sales team that closed at least US$ 2Mn in annual revenues in your last FY in B2B Consultative Selling process
  2. You have consistently achieved goals in your Sales Management role
  3. You must have managed end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, qualification, Deal closure & Project Initiation
  4. You are now working in a mid-size IT Consulting company (200-1000 people), in a similar role for last 2-3 years
  5. You have Majority of your selling experience is for US and UK market, while being based out of India, with travel as needed
