Swati Agrawal is the Co-Founder and Board Member of Saviant, where she contributes strategic guidance and entrepreneurial perspective to the company’s long-term growth and evolution as a technology consulting partner for industrial enterprises.

She is also the Managing Director of Clarion Technologies, which she co-founded in 2000. Under her leadership, Clarion has grown into a global technology services organization with three delivery centers, more than 400 employees, and over 1,000 clients worldwide. Her leadership approach combines strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a strong focus on building scalable technology businesses.

Beyond her operating leadership, Swati is an active angel investor and a driving force behind Clarion Venture Partners, an angel fund and incubator supporting early-stage technology startups. She brings deep expertise in entrepreneurship, business building, and identifying emerging technology opportunities.

Swati is an alumna of IIT (BHU), Varanasi, and is known for her data-driven approach, candid leadership style, and ability to transform ideas into scalable and inclusive solutions.
